A brief introduction to Auld Farm Distillery, New Zealand

Blessed with the perfect combination of soils, rainfall, spring water, location and sunlight - Auld Farm Distillery is located in one of the best places to grow grain, and with pure natural spring water in abundance on site too, it's perfect for making whisky. With their farm in the family for almost 100 years, founder/farmer/distiller couple Rob & Toni strive to create a complete NZ grain to glass story. With a long 7 day fermentation adding greater flavour and complexity, the resulting premium, terrior driven single malt & single grain whiskies are a remarkable achievement and certainly make a great frist mark for New Zealand on the world whisky map!
